My first reaction would be that CS may keep bacteria from growing, but
it would do nothing to preserve the essential, live qualities of fresh
juice that make it useful. I just keep a small container of lemon
wedges in the fridge and squeeze them into my glass or bottle of
water, cutting new wedges every couple of days.
