I made the Lip C with raw liquid sunflower lecithin. I found it really difficult to get it to dissolve, though eventually it did (sitting around in the frig for awhile).
My second batch was with Blue Bonnet soy granules. It dissolved much more rapidly and easily (and that brand of non-GMO soy lecithin tastes very good). I talked to one U.S. company that sells granulated soy lecithin. The rep said it's hard to get granular lecithin from sunflower, but that they are working on it. I told her I hoped it was soon, as I'd rather have lecithin from sunflowers than soy. Even with the Lip C made from liquid sunflower lecithin, I found that I could take much higher quantities of C than had it just been plain powder. So I have to assume it did work. How well compared to the soy, probably not as well.
