My rule of thumb is that you can get approximately
17 ppm per hour @ 1 milliamp in one cup of water.

If your system is at the current limiting level by adding some CS for
a starter,
then the above would apply directly.

Contaminated water, etc will affect the quality of the finished product,
but the amount of silver released by the electrodes should be correct.
