I have a cold at the moment which I caught from my son and I had been
taking/spraying CS prior to this, so it didn't stop it. I have been low though
since having a fall on the ice (I'm such a wuss) that I've also had shingles
before the cold. I get shingles when my system is stressed and this always
goes within a couple of weeks with daily ingestion of CS and also topical use
of CS and DMSO. I find that the CS although not curing the cold, certainly
makes the symptoms more bearable and gets rid of a sore throat and swollen
glands, almost instantly. There are a host of other things it has cured
brilliantly, in us and the dogs - I could go on and on about it, but won't, for
fear of duplicating Nevilles post. dee
