Thanks Everyone You guys are a wonderful bunch , Sorry i was not more informative this morning my bride was kicking me out of the house i tend to stay home as long as possible in the winter before going out in the elements i do have some serious stuff going on with the stomach. My gastrin levels are really high possible gastranoma they are running a bunch of tests my heart seems to be fine though they checked that first i have elevated blood pressure . I will check my temp at armpits in morning to bad the darn doc couldn't have told me this i do not know if i will be able to use the cayenne because of stomach issues i know how it feels on the skin. I do have some on hand for a heart attack . I have used nattokinase before i will look into the serrapeptase .I have made up my care package Christmas silver quarts and decorating the jars for family and friendsThanks Ted
