I have mixed EIS and DMSO together and taken it orally when
relapsing from the flu.
I felt better within an hour. I don't recall the amount of
DMSO but I generally would
mix no more than 30% to take orally with CS. I believe the
DMSO delivers the EIS
deeper into tissues and cells.

suggestions! I’m going to get prepared for this winter with some of
that stuff
