That article suggests finding one's personal dosage by gradually increasing the dosage until you reach the bowel tolerance level. My question is, if you are using the liposomal encapsulated form, does this test apply? If it does not apply, then would the appropriate protocol be to run the test with sodium ascorbate, then once the amount is determined, take the same amount of sodium ascorbate liposomal encapsulated?
