Having some Calcium Ascorbate powder and assuming it would be similar to using Sodium Ascorbate, I used it to mix up some Liposomal Vit. C.
I mixed up the cup of water and Lecithin and the 1/2 cup water and the Calcium Ascorbate. When I mixed the two together the result appeared strange and unexpected.....to me.
