Hi list, I have felt the same effect that I call "word slippage" and I
do not have an idea as to the cause.

I did a search on "choline side effects" on Google, and did not see mental
fuzziness as a side effect. It would be useful to know exactly what form
you were taking, as there are several, and what else was in the pill with
it. There are some pill additives that are soy based, and some even include
aspartame.
If you're having a hard time taking some vitamins, it may be time to find
some of the foods that contain the one you want, and just be sure to eat
some of it regularly.

Does anyone else have an adverse reaction to taking lecithin?
When I take it regularly, after a certain point I start getting what is
almost mental confusion. Not exactly mental confusion, but when I am
speaking about something, I start to use words that I hadn't meant to use.
I mean to say one thing and use the wrong word, and not the right word for
the context, etc.
I have noticed this before with choline supplements.
Any thoughts about this?
