I have tried Iodoral and Lugols. I get shakey, nauseated, rapid heartbeat, headache and feel like I'm going into an anxiety attack. I've had a stroke so you can imagine how these symptoms worry me. I've tried taking extremely small amouts of both products and still cannot take them. I know you have mentioned how well magnescent works and I have considered that but I hate investing even more money if it makes me feel bad.
