I buy and drink a product called Lifeway lowfat Kefir Probiotic which contains 10 live and active kefir cultures one of which is L rhamnosus...I assume this is the probiotic Brooks is speaking about. Another note of interest is the family who makes this product is from Russia. They are also farmer pledged. You can go to their website and read all of the info about their products and also print out coupons. You can also find stores that carry it. I drink this each and every day and find it to be absolutely delicious...I'm drinking Lifeway Pomegranate flavored kefir smoothie right now...yum. Best regards...
