I see you are not comprehending what I'm trying to convey. I KNOW what I had. Also I KNOW I don't have it now. About a year ago I stopped taking CS (but I keep it on hand) and started a regimen of MMS for about six months and now I take nothing but my vitamin supplements. Thanks for the concern. Dave
