Hi Steve, The Liposomal recipe is also on the Vitamin C Foundation forum. I'm planning to try Brook's recipe myself this weekend. I've used Vitamin C for most of 20 years. Some times fairly heavy other times only a few grams daily. Sandy, Liposomal Vitamin C available at the links below. Could I ask you where else the LET info was posted? Like most things I post at oleander soup the silence there was deafening. Thanks, Steve ________________________________ From: Del at Dri-Wash <[email protected]> To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Sent: Thu Aug 13 19:36:08 2009 Subject: CS>How Liposomal Efficiency Measured Brook, Your recipe for Liposomal Vitamin C has made the rounds of several forums. A question came up on one as to how you were able to measure the "70% encapsulation efficiency". I didn't have a clue so thought I would try going to the source. "4. This protocol furnishes about 12 grams (12000mg.) of vitamin C product. At 70% encapsulation efficiency, 8400 mg would be of the LET type. This solution will keep, acceptably, at room temperature for 3 to 4 days. Refrigerated, it will keep much longer. We use it so fast around our place...there isn't enough left to be concerned over storage." Appreciate your work. This Liposomal Vitamin C subject has stirred up a bit of interest.
