If you take a sprayer that can spray a distance then just use soapy water
like Palmolive, the plain green one. And about the same strength as you
would use to wash dishes and they will drop as soon as the spay hit them.
It is amazing to watch. But you do need to hit them with it. Was watching
a program on killer bees and found out that is what they were using to kill
some of the bees (not all of them as they like to move them rather then
eliminate them) they also collect and sell the honey!!! This is in Arizona
somewhere.

Subject: CS>OT- hornet question

We are having a hornet problem in our neighborhood.

Question:

Would ammonia affect the mortar in the brick of the chimney if it was
poured on it to repel the hornets?

thanks, Kathryn
