Yep, done this many times, wash wound out with EIS, close the meat together and try to keep it bandaged with the cut closed and I don't remove the bandage but soak it periodically over a few days and there should be minimal scarring, not that scarring matters a hoot on a finger I guess, but it heals pretty quick. Bleeding is good as that helps wash any potential crap out of the wound.
