Hi Dee,
Yes, I had (have?) adrenal fatigue. I tried the Adrenal Stress End,
but at the time could not take it because it tore up my stomach
something awful.
I may take another look at it, as I now regularly take HCL with meals
with good benefit. Might have been one of the herbs in it that bothered
me though and not the HCL as some herbs do not agree with me.
(I took cortisol for almost a year, but have now weaned off). I used
topical over the counter 1% hydrocortisone cream as my cortisol source.
