Oh good grief, I have read everywhere ya have to take it on an empty stomach. No food, no water. Thank God I can't stay off my yerba mate tea. I guess having that in there most of the time helped it be mobile. I know I feel great AGAIN today! I will start drinking purified water with it now. So should still take CS between meals like I have been? Thanks so much
