Euthanized animals are NOT put into US pet food.... just read the ingredients.
Any pet food which contains "animal digest" can contain euthanized pets. The gov used to put out an analysis of pet foods which gave the content of euthanasia drug residue in the foods. I think it may still be avalaible online somewhere, but the gov stopped doing the analysis for the euth drug. No doubt the major pet food mfrs objected to having any way for consumers to find out that euthanasia drugs were present in the food they were feeding their pets. My understanding is the sole pathway of euth drugs being present in pet food is if euthanized pets were being processed into the pet foods. Cows, chickens, fish etc are not normally killed with euthanasia drugs.
