Thanks for the update on Neville, Steve...

> [Your mail address has been removed from the silverlist mailing

That is the standard message generated when the list server tries to
send mail to you and your ISP or some other link in the routing
"bounces" them back as undeliverable. If it happens too many times in
too short a period of time you'll be auto-unsubscribed. If he even saw
that message in meant that he was getting *some* mail from eskimo and
the problem was intermittent or specific to silver-list messages.

It's possible I didn't see the messge he sent directly to me and it got
deleted along with the voluminous spam *I* get. <sigh>

It's pretty unlikely that Eskimo's systems are being used to bounce
spam around, and no spammers are operating *from* there, because Robert
and crew are extremely knowledgeable and run damned tight ship. But
nothing prevents spammers from forging addresses from anywhere, or
harvesting addresses from list message that get forwarded, quoted, or
otherwise leaked to the web by other members.

Anyone with data to illuminate this issue futher, please contact me off-
list and let me know what you see. Thanks.

Mike D.
