<<I was using neem toothpaste.I am swishing silver whcih irritates and
only have 70% DMSO and know that's very irritating. Oregano oil's been
the top helper so far but I'm not getting resovement like others report
much quicker. Is it possible to heal and infection and then cap it
without it dying or growing more pathogens? I can't chew and water
causes great pain. Know anything about 3 volt electrifiers placed
onteeth and where to find one to place directly on tooth?>>

Out of curisoity What are the ingredients in your neem toothpaste? The one that i sent a link for is baking soda, neem bark,c innamon and cloves.

Umm- maybe swishing is just to much? I use my home made CS that is about 10ppm and if I have something sensitive I warm the CS first. If I am going to use the water pic I put a pint jar in the sink with warm water. For swishing I take a small amount and let it warm up on the non sensitive side. For something as painful as you have going on swishing may be to much- I sometimes just tilt my head and let it sit on the bad side. I carry around a small jar of it and a small mouthful on it till I feel that need to swallow. Then maybe 1/2 hour later a do it agian. This is advise that I got when i asked about infected teeth/gums.

The only other thing that I use is clay. There are several types used for healing- I happen to have Pascalite. Sometimes I make a poltice using it or even just make a really thick paste and dab it I suppose something like a person would do with a plug of tobacco. I do this at bedtime and let it sit overnite.
