Actually Gayla, I have been meditating (off and on) for many years, so my 
breathing does get controlled.  I have practiced different types of breathing 
meditations but I always seem to return to my regular 'watching the breath'

        out a little slower than you breathe in. Sit quietly, breathe in as 
deeply
