Phooey. Not to say that I like shots, but I've had bazillions of them. I was hospitalized last week and I lost count of the blood tests taken. I may have to have a pacemaker so I will probably have more blood tests and I don't care. I can't stand shots. I have no problem giving them to our animals but to take one myself.........I run.
I had my foot cut open a few years ago by a piece of bailing strap that was caught by the lawnmower and whipped around cutting through my shoe and foot. The doctor wanted to give me a tetanus shot. I look up the statistics on tetanus and to be the best of my recollection found that over 100 people die a year from the shot, but no had died from the disease itself in 5 or more years. So I said NO. Why would I want to take a shot which is much more likely to kill me than the disease? Makes no sense. I simply took CS instead, figured it would be just as effective, and a lot less deadly.
