DearDavid, I got a hoot out of this:

I'm none of those things but its hardly rocket surgery is it? And when I dont know something, I say so.

LOL-- I think you combined rocket science and brain surgery ...... maybe on purpose, but I am getting a kick out of it!

It was on purpose. And I wish I'd invented it but I didnt.

You can read more of it on Ode's website http://silverpuppy.com/ rant.html but I cant remember where I read the original interview. But it wasn't the first time I'd read about this method. In fact you can still find remnants of it on the net. Read the details of the generator offered by this clown... http://www.macrobiotic.org/ csgenerator1.html He's including 'electrolyte tablets' in the kit.

I was looking at the video on utube when I got dsl hooked up this week, and I noticed there were other videos about CS. One guy is johnny silverseed, and he is putting citric acid in his, which is making silver citrate, I guess, but it is not a pure ion product. There are sure alot of people around with opinions to post as videos, aren't there? I didn't spend too much time on it, but it looks like there might still be a great deal of less than ideal info being put out. Some of it looks fine, pretty consistent with what passes for good here.

Yes there's still a lot of bad info available that wants 'YOU' to be the guinea pig. The results may take a few years to show.

Want some? Actually I intend to use it to see if I can induce a small patch of 'externally acquired' argyria by applying it daily to the pale skin of my forearm. I'll keep you posted.

My son was wondering if he could make a tatoo with it by applying it externally, without the needles. We will be interested in what "developes" on your arm.

If tried something like this before. I collected the silver oxide fuzz that normally drops to the bottom of the CS batch. I rubbed this onto my forearm for a month. It made a very realistic looking 'bruise'. It looked permanent but disappeared within a few days of stopping the test. Just like a biro mark on your skin slowly disappears.

This time the test is slightly different in that its high strength silver, silver chloride, and God knows what else is in each drop. The previous 'test fuzz' was made with silver and pure water.

I'm doing this obviously to test Paul Karosans theory that his facial argyria is somewhat due to splashing it on his face. (Theres a case here in Australia where the same thing is claimed). Personally I'm not convinced. I think, as long as the skin is sound it will dry on top and wash off or be exfoliated eventually. Ode thinks so too. We'll see.

But theres certainly cases of argyria being caused by applying silver to broken and burnt skin, where the silver has been able to get much deeper into the skin. So I think your son will have to resort to needles after all. :)

David
