Hi:
We are looking at the possibility of renting a house that had a mold
problem, but a mold abatement team was brought in and reportedly cleaned it
up. It was apparently all around the fireplace where there was leakage from
the deck outside. It's a very nice house in a beautiful area, so it is
tempting to ignore the fact that there was a mold problem.
Do the mold abatement people usually do a decent job?
Is there any way to verify that the place is now mold free?
