I have a large jar of "Acid Blend" for wine making which is a

acid for acidifying the sodium chlorite solution of the MMS in order
to activate it.
I believe you could. However book two indicates that citric acid alone
is the best thing to use. It is available from any health food store, or
in the canning sections of most grocery stores.
