Just perfected this today. Break egg into cup, tilt it to lips, keep lips nearly closed. suck the white right off the yolk and quickly swallow it, leaving only the yolk in the cup. Then you can chew the yolk just a bit before swallowing it. It is the whites that are slimy and this works to get them done with quickly. The yolk is slightly bitter but not bad, even sort of tasty this way. Daddybob
