For ex: if you randomly choose to block all web pages that use the word "penis" or "vagina" you'd end up blocking a shockingly large amount of perfectly legal content. In other words, as "well-intentioned" as the law might be, in effect the technology that is applied becomes the law.
And then they will have to ban most of the newspapers these days. I don't let my kids touch ToI and DH these days. Cheers Venkat
