News to me.

The version I know is that the Hindutvabadis think everything originated in 
India and percolated outwards; from that point of view, it might be that the 
Aryans were seen to be in India, not arrived in India, much earlier than the 
IVC/Harappan civilisation. To bear out this story, very many weird stories have 
been invented.

Was this proposed by Kiran K? I would take any theories promoted by Kiran very 
judiciously indeed; he tends to leap before he looks.
