Burritos and carnitas are not Mexican food, dammit, but I would have killed for even that in Bangalore. Just before leaving I was talking to Gautam about the possibility of getting corn ground with lime (masa) to make my own tortillas and tamales. Most of the other spices and ingredients are available so it should be possible. -- Charles
