Wow, those clauses are tough..

I mean, WTF.
I'm veggie, and not a muslim. 
But I don't think people can directly question you on those two for renting
out houses. 
It's not like they are giving stuff for free. 

After all, if a "real" Hindu did it the right way, the "Grah pravesh" would
purify the house of any previous occupants.
