There is a technical answer as well, of course, and that is that it all depends 
on if you're using ghee in the cooking. Brahmins can accept food from Sudras if 
there is no ghee, typically jal khabar, or joule khabar since you prefer it, is 
snacks without ghee. So biogas + ghee = not jal khabar; biogas <> ghee = jal 
khabar.
