One other way, which is what I did, make folders on your desktop, inbox, sent etc. Select all the messages from the matching folder in Outlook, drag and drop to the folder on the desktop. Copy the folders to the Mac. Make matching folders in Entourage/Mail. Drag and drop the messages from folder into application.
