It doesnt look like fungus to me... it looks more like the mark shown on this page : http://www.cameralabs.com/workshops/dslr_dust/ I store them nicely... and the climate is dry with very low humidity.... i dont believe it could be fungus, because that would grow and expand wouldnt it ? this has remained as a circular mark...
