Virtually impossible. The dealers pay for it, so you'll have to pay for it. Dell might give you a Laptop without Vista, and IBM maybe also. I know that Acer sells a rudimentary Notebook with a rudimentary Linux system on it. Tools and drivers are for Windows, though. I guess that's the situation the world over.
