And when I try to download their client using: http://cricket.plusmo.com/downloads/wccast/download I get an error message saying I need to be on Hutch GPRS and use portalnmms as my access point. Things is, I am on Hutch but it's impossible to use said access point if you use their full fledged GPRS service. Of course, customer service has no idea that this even exists. Speaking of which, their customer service has really gone downhill in the last six months or so. Along with their general mobile service.
