No

There are no major problems.

India pretends that its economy is doing well because of the employed. That 
may be so, but it is helped a great deal by the self employed.

In India - the choice is often between poverty or self employment, not 
employment and unemployment. That churns out a lot of minor entrepreneurs, 
and provides an income for elderly, retired people.
