Welcome! I think it'll be interesting to have the inputs of a police officer on Silk. For example, a current hot topic of conversation here in Bangalore is fixing blame for last week's riots. The goverment blames 'anti-social elements' ie Bangalore's equivalent of British football hooligans. The infrastructure-moaners are blaming the government for poor planning (as usual). The conspiracy theorists are blaming the opposition. Me? I blame the lack of adequate nightlife. But what do you (and others) think? -- b
