Microenterprise loans provided by the NAB http://www.nab.com.au/wps/wcm/connect/nab/nab/home/About_Us/4/3/2. The loans are up to $20K and the interest rate is on the lower end (i.e. not as punishing as the normal business loan rate, and, I gather, you don't have to put your house up, if you have one, as collateral).
