Jeromy Evans : Thanks. I agree with you about integration, it doesn't seem like the top priority, we certainly haven't seen customers calling for it yet.
David Jones : Thanks, I was really happy with how it went. I love the vibe of Darling Harbour, what can I say :) I agree there is a revolution about to happen with online to offline. Initially everyone was focussed on how we do online what we do offline. We buy things on the street – How can we buy things online ? We hang out with our friends at social gatherings – How can we hang out with our friends online ? We flirt and date – How can we flirt and date online ? etc I think the online world is now mature enough that the reverse thinking can occur, what online behaviors can be adapted to offline, or at least less online scenarios. I wrote a blog post about it at : http://www.customercradle.com/blog/?p=143 I definitely would (and do) do different pitches for a non-technical audience, as you point out, as familiar as it is for us, most people don't know what google analytics is. Thanks for the replies all. Cheers Sam Howley -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Silicon Beach Australia mailing list.
