Me:

In Myers-Briggs terms, I'm a classic INTP (http://en.wikipedia.org/
wiki/Intp): good at big ideas (the N bit), listening and thinking (the
I and T bits), and making it up as I go along (the P bit). A self-
taught Rails guy, who, after a year of practice, is now good enough to
get a simple idea to MVP. And simple ideas are usually the best.

You:

Maybe you're not an ESFJ (the polar opposite of an INTP), but maybe
you're enough of an E to create a reality distortion field, or enough
of an F to lead a team, or enough of a J to care about planning. If
you have a creative or visual streak, that's a bonus.

Together:

We toss around ideas for kicking this planet into shape before we
cause our own extinction. Really, the idea could be anything that will
make us proud -- energy conservation, income equalisation, etc -- as
long as the change is real (not just for show) and project is for the
common good. Oh yeah, and as long as we have fun, and earn more than
we spend, and give ourselves half a chance of creating something
bigger than an after-hours experiment.

I already have one project on the hop -- Drominay (http://
www.drominay.com), a platform for collaborative industrial design. But
open source hardware is dominated by more of a DIY (do it yourself)
than a DIT (do it together) culture at present, so that project has a
long ramp-up phase.

So let's meet in inner Sydney, toss around ideas, stay in touch after-
hours via Skype or whatever, and see what we can build.

I've got no idea how this founder dating thing works, but as an INTP,
I'm happy to make it up as I go along (that's the P) and I won't be
offended if you decide we're not a match (that's the T). Regardless of
what happens, I'm sure it'll be fun and I'll learn something through
trying. So if you think we should have coffee, drop me a line.
