Hey Michael I often work from Cafes around Sydney. I have a few favourites. Some have Wifi, some don't, but wanting to be the wireless warrior, I have a Wireless broadband dongle. They are 80 bucks and I buy prepaid 500Mb at $15 as I need it.
What areas of Sydney do you want to be at? I generally am in Surry Hills or East Sydney and can recommend some cafes in that area.
