Try http://yugma.com/ - it's not bad... free and it worked reasonably well when I tested it out a year or so back. Should be better now, since that's how startups go :)
We found the lag to be a little annoying and it didn't quite fit our internal processes. But it's fine for 1-1 sales presentations, and it works nicely with skype too.
We use gotomeeting for our training and sales stuff, and find them much better than webex (which we used for more than a year). Not sure if they integrate with skype though, and they cost a little.... although it's not prohibitive if you have a little bit of budget for it. See Gotomeeting.com.
