Oh wow... that is cool!
No more sitting there thinking up names only to realise they've been
taken!

The design of the page is a bit confusing.
The first box, where you enter the key words, is simple enough, but
once I clicked on 'Find me a domain!' I was totally taken aback! I
didn't know where to look, what was happening, there were things
moving, but only an ad banner was the focus on the page. Totally
unnerving.

Maybe adding a line saying something along the lines of - Hang in
there while we do our thing - when the user clicks on 'Find' might
help. Also, I'd put the loading animation under the ad banner (I'd
actually move that to the bottom of the frame, but I get why it's
there). That'll give the user an indication of where the information
is gonna be displayed.

One last thing for now - I don't understand what the 'Previous
Domains' box is telling me.

This is great! I'm passing it on to all my domain-mad mates. :)
