Depends if you want 'social & funky', enterprise based or framework
style.

Enterprise is big on workflow/roles/versions.

Sounds like Alfresco (http://alfresco.com/services/support/stacks/ ) -
which is more on the enterprise end than funky and dynamic. ie content
rather than site.
