I got some great advice on the night and want to know more but thought rather than emailing you all individually, it might be a better idea to address this to the community, so anyone who is in a similar position to me can also benefit from the information. Anyway, here is my situation: I run a fashion label. I wholesale to about 30 boutiques. I also sell directly to my fan base through my online shop. (http:// www.akina.com.au/store.html) I’d love to increase my online sales. My memory is like a goldfish so I’m sorry if someone has already covered the following but I’d really love more info on: - Google Analytics. - Twitter V’s the Facebook status update application – what’s the difference? - Someone mentioned a freaky piece of software that tracks where people are going on your website and you can actually communicate with them while they are there. Where can I get it? - I am currently using Paypal for transactions. Thoughts? Any other advice or ideas anyone can impart with the whole online shop thing and getting more sales would be rad. More sales would be so great right now. Still kicking myself for signing that pre-nup.
