are 192.168.100.0/24 in masq?
accord to Tom i fix some like you becouse i have not that zone in masq
if in your mask you have that ( eth0 net interficie):
eth0 192.168.0.0/24
change this like that,
eth0 192.168.0.0/24, 192.168.100.0/24
and
shorewall reset
shorewall restart
