Hi All,
I am using shorewall-4.6.6, and trying to configure brouter with multiple(2
in this case) bridges:
For that I did below configurations for zone and interface file:
1. zone file:
LAN ipv4
WAN ipv4
DMZ ipv4
VPN ipsec
HOME firewall
BRIDGE ipv4
BRIDGE_LAN:BRIDGE bport
BRIDGE_WAN:BRIDGE bport
BRIDGE_LAN1:BRIDGE bport
BRIDGE_WAN1:BRIDGE bport
2. interface file:
LAN eth0
WAN eth1
VPN ppp+
VPN tun+
BRIDGE br0 routefilter,bridge
BRIDGE br1 routefilter,bridge
BRIDGE_LAN br0:eth2
BRIDGE_LAN1 br1:eth4
BRIDGE_WAN br0:eth3
BRIDGE_WAN1 br1:eth5
With above configuration it is working fine.
But I have some doubts in it
1. Will it be possible for us to have one port from each bridge in same
zone ?
Say for an example, from above configuration, it is possible to have
eth2 and eth4 belongs to same zone ?
Reason: Though I have to define same policies for BRIDGE_LAN to
BRIDGE_WAN and BRIDGE_LAN1 to BRIDGE_WAN1, we have to do separate
configuration for each zone pair.
2. If above configuration is possible, how we can acheive it?
