Even if your own provider isn't doing any bogon filtering, other providers and most definitely all transit providers are doing bogon filtering. I'm not saying you shouldn't implement it, but chances are very slim that it will ever help you. Moreover, the bogon list changes every now and the so you have to update them on your firewall.
