多谢各位的解答，我找到问题了。原来是 Duckduckgo 的插件导致 HTTPS 重定向问题，我把它禁了之后一切正常了。

最后一次更新后一直在用 52.9 ，没遇到这样的问题呢。

是指网关中间把HTTP应用协议层面改动了?这就比较邪门了...
如果只是指目标网址的主机是否返回重定向，排除浏览器本身行为的话， curl -v 或者使用抓包工具都可以吧。
