Hi,
This update to the stable branch contains a mix of fixes: some are
recent regressions from the 6.3 release, and others are much older bugs
that were not reported until recently.
The `pam` and MS Windows packaging issues were significant as they were
causing authentication failures, but there is no urgency to update if
you were not affected.
The encoding `full-range` colorspace issues did not affect GPU
accelerated setups, but should have been caught sooner nonetheless.
